Media Club students raised awareness for there Halloween movie by shooting scenes around campus on Oct. 27.

Film Review Looking in awe at footage of the movie he was helping to create, Dillon Carter (10) and Keegan Keys (12) stared at the camera on Oct. 27. Carter helped film, but it was also his first time in front of the camera as an extra for the movie. “It was a little weird at first because I’m not used to it,” Carter said. “I usually don’t care about being in front of the camera, but it was a fun time.”

Making Adjustments Helping set up to start filming their Halloween short film, Xzander Bridges (10) recenters the camera on the tripod on Oct. 27. The Media Club produced the movie and used the “Saw” as inspiration. “I really enjoy editing videos and stuff like effects because it adds flavor,” Bridges said.

Retake Finishing the filming of take two of scene one, Carson Frisch (12) and Louise Ganzon (12) talk about different ways to shoot the next scene on Oct. 27. The short film was a reference to the movie “Saw” and poked fun at why students should get to class on time. “The entire process was pretty fun, going and hanging out with my friends and editing and stuff like that,” Frisch said.
